GO FOR LIFE: walking or cycling day in the Gooi en Vechtstreek

Participants in the event need to raise sponsor donations of: €500 ($575 U.S. dollars) per participant. Of course we encourage everyone to collect as much sponsor money as possible, in addition - the more souls, the more joy If you participate with a team of 10 people, you only have to collect sponsor money for 9 people
General information:

The cycling and walking tour start after a joint opening ceremony and warm-up around 9.00-9.30 from the sports center Squash & Wellness. Around 17.00 there will also be the joint final ceremony, with as many who know, the & # 34; survivor moment & # 34; and handing over the check, with amount collected, to the researchers
Hiking route:

The route is about 30 km. We use the existing Footpath Path, (, a beautiful walking route through the Gooi. Obviously you will be provided with a "wet & dry" ", there is a pit stop for medical assistance and there is the well-known "bosom" " , in case you can not go any further. In addition, there is the possibility to demolish the route halfway and to travel by train from Hollandse Rading station to Station Bussum-Zuid. On foot you are a few minutes away from the starting point Squash & Wellness.

Cycle route:

We can not tell you too much about the cycle route yet. We use the bicycle button system ( and are currently working on a nice route through the Gooi and the Vechtstreek. On the way you will of course be catered for in terms of catering, there will be a mobile medical team and a " breakdown en route ' bus, to pick you up if you are stranded with bad luck.

Once you have registered and you have informed us of your choice; walking or cycling, you are assigned a coach, where you can go with all questions. She will also keep you up to date with up-to-date information, tips & tricks to collect sponsor money, or just a listening ear or motivational mail. For cyclists this will be: Marianne Spaltman and for the walkers this will be: Astrid Affourtit

We, as a team of A Sister's Hope, look forward to welcoming you on October 7, 2018. We are going to make it a GREAT day and hopefully go together with you, a big step towards the
6 million.

* If you register, unfortunately you can not indicate whether you want to walk or cycle. Your Go For Life coach will email you to ask you what your choice is.
